Shipping Details
We offer free standard shipping on lots of items and all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ships for flat rate of 9.99.
Currently, we do not offer shipping to the following: International orders, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Most orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped within 1-2 business days. When calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment, please note that order prep time does not include weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This email will come from hello@pureaslove.com.
Please note, not all items in an order will ship at the same time. You may receive a separate shipping confirmation for each item on your order

You have 30 days from purchase to have your items returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are past 30 days.
Due to the nature of furniture/personal use items, please note that we cannot accept all returns. We are unable to get returns on the following:

- Furniture
- Mattress and Mattress Pads
- Large and heavy items
- Products that are opened are not eligible for returns. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange.
