If your purchase did not meet your expectations, please let us know, we’re happy to help! You have 30 days from purchase to have your items returned to us. Please note, items that are past 30 days will not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale Items
- Mattresses & Mattress Pads
- Large and heavy items
- Items that have been customized/personalized
- Products that do not qualify for returns are indicated on product page.
Non sale merchandise that is in new/unused condition shall be accepted at our discretion. You must notify Pure as Love before attempting a return. Please note that unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com
Any product returned without an RMA will either be refused shipment, returned to sender (at cost to sender), destroyed or donated if appropriate.
Products that are opened are not eligible for return or exchange. Products must be unused, unopened, unwashed and in original packaging. Due to hygiene, sanitary and safety issues, products that have been used, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
All shipping charges related to returns are at the cost of the sender. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products sent to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
